Our licensed residential appraiser, Cindy Somes, was born and raised in Cumberland County and has lived in Southern Maine nearly all her life. She worked for over ten years in the public school system as a Special Education Ed Tech before transitioning to a Real Estate Agent. This led her to the discovery of Real Estate Appraising. Her husband, John Poliquin, is a retired appraiser who does contract work and consulting with other Maine appraisers.
